Barnes and Witkowski Celebrate Milestone Anniversaries


This month, we congratulate Cathy Barnes on her 10-year anniversary

Cathy Barnes, senior loan processing central/support specialist, joined the FIPCO support team in 2012. Prior to coming to FIPCO, she worked for 30 years in banking, including roles in loan processing, operations, and personal banking, as well as three years as a closing officer at a title company. She finds that her work as a support specialist gives her the opportunity to use her knowledge, share her experience, stay in tune with customer needs and look at things from an insider perspective. Cathy is also the primary contact for FIPCO’s Loan Processing Central service and does software testing and troubleshooting.

Annette Witkowski, FIPCO director – training and software support services, said, “I really enjoy working at FIPCO because of the customers I get to engage with every day either in person or over the phone. Would you believe that I was very shy when I started at FIPCO in 1997? That shell is broken and I can carry on a conversation with anyone and everyone. I like getting to know all of our clients. Helping customers and my fellow staff members be successful is the goal I set to achieve each day.”
