On-Site Software Training

In addition to attending training at FIPCO’s facility in Madison, software users may have one of FIPCO’s experienced trainers conduct an “on-site” product training session at their financial institution. This alternative to traditional training sessions provides cost-effective and convenient training opportunities by eliminating travel time and expenses.

On-site product training sessions are designed for financial institutions that have Financial Link® software fully installed and operational, with defaults set. Attendees for this hands-on experience should include employees who are relatively inexperienced with the software, as well as those who have not attended formal training through FIPCO®. The training session includes a one-day run-side session of Financial Link® Loans or Financial Link® Mortgage. To accommodate the most software users possible, Financial Link® Deposits users can attend one of two half-day training sessions. As an added benefit to on-site training, the FIPCO trainer can spend a day with the software system administrator to review the software’s administrative area and assist in making changes to defaults. The training agenda used for FIPCO’s traditional training courses will be followed and can be modified to meet your financial institution’s specific needs.

On-site training session costs are $1,000 per day plus trainer’s expenses, and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people in a session and 2 trainees per pc.
