Internet Software Training

Software users may now participate in training via the Internet using WebEx® software. By eliminating travel time and expenses, this alternative to traditional training sessions provides cost-effective and convenient training opportunities for financial institution employees.

Product training via the Internet (WebEx) is another innovative and cost-effective way to learn about FIPCO® software. The power of WebEx software allows real-time online communication between the FIPCO trainer and the session attendees. As with on-site training, this session is also designed for financial institutions that have Financial Link® software fully installed and operational, with defaults set. Attendees should include employees who are unfamiliar with the software, as well as those who have not attended formal training through FIPCO. Full-day run-side sessions will be offered for Financial Link® Loans or Financial Link® Mortgage. Financial Link® Deposits training will run for one-half day. The agenda used for FIPCO’s traditional training courses will be followed and can be modified to meet your financial institution’s specific needs.

Online Product Training Sessions are priced at $250 half day (3-3.5 hours) and $500 full day (7 hours), and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people in a session and 2 trainees per PC.
