calyx training schedule

1 Day Session - Administration:
This training session is designed for new clients to the software. Attendees should know the institution's mortgage products and qualifying requirements--loan underwriters and lenders. In addition to covering all portions of the software, topics covered include prequalification of the customer, taking an application, and generating application-stage documentation.

We also focus on setting up loan products and other necessary defaults. All setup information is tested thoroughly with FIPCO's assistance to ensure that attendees may use the software in a live environment immediately following training.

1 Day Session - Lenders and Processors:
Periodic one day sessions are scheduled specifically for lenders and processors who use the system daily.

The FIPCO® software training sessions are intended to teach the operation of the software. Classes are not designed to train loan documentation. Sessions are conducted in a relaxed environment, with jeans and tennis shoes as acceptable attire. Lunch is provided each full day of training. In most cases, training sessions are conducted at the FIPCO office in Madison.

The sessions normally last from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm and offer hands-on experience.

Before training, each attendee is mailed a packet of information that includes a map to our office, a list of hotels and an invitation to call the WBA office for assistance in making reservations. Please contact Annette Witkowski, Director - Training at 800/722-3498, ext. 238 or fipcotraining@fipco.com.
