| As You Strive to Reach Your Lending Goals, the Right Solutions Can Help |
|
Concerned about meeting CRA lending goals? You’re not alone. Decreases in lending volumes means that it’s now more important than ever to accurately identify applicants and loans that qualify for CRA and/or other special loan program credit. Through our partnership with Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, we can offer the following CRA and HMDA solutions to help strengthen your CRA and HMDA compliance program:
- CRA Wiz® - By using the most trusted data in the industry and streamlining CRA compliance—from data collection through preparation of compliance review reports— CRA Wiz eliminates the chance of failing a compliance review.
- HMDA Wiz® - Ensuring compliance is critical to protecting your institution's bottom line, and manual HMDA compliance just can't keep up with today's increased reporting requirements. By automating data collection, verification and certification, HMDA Wiz reduces your time and effort, and increases your accuracy.
- Wiz® Basic – Simply stated, Wiz Basic offers simple and affordable HMDA compliance for smaller volume lenders in an "out of the box" solution to get you started immediately. Because it’s a fully-hosted solution, Wiz Basic requires no special IT expertise, and any regulatory updates require no action on the part of the user.
With technology, outsourcing, consulting or a combination of all three, we can help you design a program that not only matches the strategic plan of your institution, but fully meets regulatory expectations. For more information, please contact the FIPCO Customer Service Department at 800/722-3498.

Software FAQs
|
|
Answers to our customers’ most commonly-asked software support questions.
Q: Why can’t I see the SEP & SIMPLE IRA options when opening IRA accounts in Financial Link® Deposits software?
A: Your SEP and SIMPLE options are set in Admin to be excluded. To turn those options on, login to Admin and select Bank Info under the Setup tab; select the Excludes tab and unselect the SEP and/or SIMPLE options and forward hand. Do not make any other changes in this screen without FIPCO's assistance. For changes made in Admin to take effect on the run-side, you must reset both programs. While still in Admin, select the Relnit Login button which will save your changes and reset the system without having to exit and login again. If logged in to the run-side, select the File menu option and select Operator Sign-On and say Yes to reset Deposits. This will reset the run-side and will force you to log back in without having to completely close the program.
